When Does The Conference Begin? End?
The Conference opens with an evening reception at 6 pm on Wednesday Feburary 12th, and concludes after lunch on Friday by 2 pm. Speaker sessions run all day Thursday and Friday morning

Are the Meals Included?
Breakfast and Lunch are included on Thursday and Friday, along with a reception buffet on Wednesday evening

What days should I book a room?
Most attendees should book rooms with arrival on Wednesday and departure on Friday
