When Does The Conference Begin? End?
The Conference opens with an evening reception at 6 pm on Tuesday Feburary 10th, and concludes after lunch on Thursday by 2 pm. Speaker sessions run all day Wednesday and Thursday morning

Are the Meals Included?
Breakfast and Lunch are included on Wednesday and Thursday, along with a reception buffet on Tuesday evening

What days should I book a room?
Most attendees should book rooms with arrival on Tuesday and departure on Thursday, but you might consider staying longer and enjoying the city!
